“I, SHO, am an active mixed martial artist with over 10 years of professional competition experience. Initially, I lacked physical strength, but through perseverance, I developed the skills and physical conditioning of a professional fighter. Additionally, as my martial arts skills improved, my mental resilience grew as well. While the strength gained from martial arts may not be frequently needed in modern society, becoming mentally stronger through martial arts can be beneficial in life. I believe that anyone can grow with continued effort. My role as a coach is to spark interest and help members stay motivated to continue. Even if everyone has different goals, let’s all work hard in martial arts together during our time together!”
