Since starting as a yoga instructor in 2009, I have been teaching a variety of yoga styles, including basic Hatha Yoga, Kids Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Parent-Child Yoga, and Senior Yoga, catering to a wide range of age groups.
By combining the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda with my own experiences, I support individuals through their life stages, aiming to enrich their lives and help them live joyfully and authentically. Through yoga practice, I focus on developing a strong and flexible body and mind.
