A variety of martial arts programs designed for everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners, with three levels available: Conditioning, Level 1, and Level 2.

BOXING

You will learn the basic skills and techniques of boxing while strengthening your core, muscle strength, and endurance. Since footwork is also important in boxing, not only your upper body but also your lower body will be evenly trained.

KICKBOXING
キックボクシング

You will build strength and endurance while learning the basic skills and techniques of kickboxing. Strengthen your core, tone your back and shoulders, and burn calories. It's a great workout for relieving stress and effective for body sculpting.

BJJ
ブラジリアン柔術

A class where you learn the techniques of grappling martial arts, primarily focusing on ground techniques in BJJ. Coaches will carefully teach everything from basics to advanced techniques, making it ideal for beginners. It's also great for self-defense.

MMA
総合格闘技

MMA is a mixed martial art that combines striking and ground techniques.  Using movements from MMA, you'll engage in strength training and conditioning.
