4歳からスポーツを始め、8歳の時に格闘技に出会いました。そこからプロになるまで必死に頑張って17歳の時にプロになりました。18歳の時にトレーナーになるためにに資格を取り、そこから3つのトレーナーの資格を取り、プロのスポーツ選手の担当トレーナーを得て今に至ります。

I started playing sports at the age of 4 and discovered martial arts when I was 8. At the age of 18, I got certified to become a trainer, and from there, I have obtained three trainer certifications and have been a trainer for professional athletes.
