I have been practicing classical ballet since childhood and have focused on dancing with contemporary and hip-hop styles. Learning the basics of ballet is incredibly important! It’s crucial to understand that you cannot express anything with a rough sense, and that even if you move faithfully, nothing is conveyed if you don’t release your strength. I believe this applies to any sport, but I use what I’ve learned from dancing to create stretching methods that anyone can use to improve their body in an original way. My goal is to continually strive to offer lessons that are easy to understand and feel effective.
