YOGA•PILATES
Our yoga classes range from beginner sessions that focus on Sun Salutations, foundational poses, and some challenging postures, to more active, advanced sessions. Pilates classes are designed to tone your body, improve flexibility, and enhance balance. By combining controlled movements and breathing techniques, we help strengthen your core. Open to everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
STRETCH & RECOVERY
We use a stretch pole to align the core and release fascia through effective stretching techniques. We also emphasize recovery from fatigue as an important part of the training.
BODY MAKE
This class is a full hour of aerobic, core and bodyweight training, aiming to develop a beautiful and toned body while training both the mind and body.
DANCE CONDITIONING
