本契約は、株式会社Better-U（以下「当社」という）が運営するUFC Gymに関し、特定商取引法に基づき必要事項を以下のとおり定めるものです。
第1条（販売事業者）
販売事業者の名称は、株式会社Better-Uとします。
第2条（運営責任者）
本サービスの運営責任者は、代表取締役 ヒル ハリーとします。
第3条（所在地）
当社の所在地は以下のとおりとします。

第5条（販売価格）
各店舗における販売価格は、当社のウェブサイトおよび店舗にて別途定めるものとします。
第6条（商品代金以外の必要料金）
商品代金のほか、消費税および振込手数料（銀行振込を利用する場合）が発生することがあります。
第7条（支払方法および支払時期）
- 会費等の支払方法は、クレジットカード決済とします。
- 月会費は申込完了後すぐに発生し、以降は毎月20日に翌月分を請求するものとします。
- 商品購入代金は、購入時に決済するものとします。
第8条（引渡し時期）
- 月会費によるサービスは、申込み完了後直ちに利用可能とします。
- 商品は購入後、速やかに引き渡すものとします。
第9条（返品・キャンセル）
- 商品の返品は原則として認めません。ただし、当社に瑕疵がある場合はこの限りではありません。
- メンバーシップの変更・キャンセルは、毎月15日までに申し入れることにより、翌月分以降について解約可能とします。
第10条（中途解約）
会員が中途解約を希望する場合は、当社が定める会員規約に基づき処理を行うものとします。
第11条（準拠法）
本契約は、日本法を準拠法とします。
第12条（管轄）
本契約に関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 5 — Prices
Prices at each club are specified separately on the Company's website and at the applicable club.
Article 6 — Additional charges
Consumption tax and bank transfer fees, where a bank transfer is used, may be charged in addition to the purchase price.
Article 7 — Payment methods and timing
- Membership dues and related fees are paid by credit card.
- Monthly membership fees arise immediately after completing an application, and the following month's dues are subsequently billed on the 20th of each month.
- Product purchases are charged at the time of purchase.
Article 8 — Service and product delivery
- Membership services become available immediately after the application is completed.
- Products are handed over promptly after purchase.
Article 9 — Returns and cancellations
- Product returns are generally not accepted, except where the Company is responsible for a defect.
- Membership changes or cancellation requests submitted by the 15th of each month may take effect for subsequent monthly periods, as described in the Japanese disclosure.
Article 10 — Early termination
Where a member wishes to terminate early, the procedure follows the Company's applicable membership terms.
Article 11 — Governing law
Japanese law applies.
Article 12 — Jurisdiction
The Tokyo District Court is designated as the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction for disputes arising out of the contract.
